ROI is the return on your advertising investment achieved. It is calculated by dividing attributed Sales (incl VAT) generated in the campaign by the campaign advertising spend. For example, if your Spend is R100 and Sales (incl VAT) is R500, then the ROI = 500/100 = 5, i.e. you’re getting 5 times the return on your ad spend (or ROI) in revenue.
Other SKU orders are for products that are not included in the campaign but were still generated as a result of a click on an advertisement.

Sponsored Product Ads is a prepaid service. To start using Sponsored Product Ads you need to pay in advance into a wallet facility and your advertising spend will be debited from your wallet amount.
Sponsored Product Ads is cost-per-click (CPC) based and the CPC target is calculated using the ROI target set. The overall CPC value can be calculated by dividing the total amount spent on a campaign by the number of clicks generated and can be seen in your SKU Analytics reports per product.
Products may be dropped for the following reasons:
- Blacklisted product
- Product Not Buyable
- Product in-active
- Product Disabled
- Not the buybox winner
- Missing images
